FIRST XBOX 360 HD TRAILER AND NEW SCREENSHOTS AVAILABLE FROM ATARI’S TIMESHIFT

The first Xbox 360 trailer from Atari’s upcoming first-person action game TimeShift is now available! Coupled with a new batch of screenshots, the trailer showcases the title’s time-bending properties and developer Saber Interactive’s proprietary Saber 3D Engine, which renders virtual environments with cinematic quality.

Set in the near future, TimeShift will take the first-person genre to an entirely different dimension marked by erratic time and unrelenting action. TimeShift transports gamers to a steampunk-inspired world characterized by a predominance of metal, machinery, and steam power. The unprecedented technology behind TimeShift will allow gamers, for the first time, the ability to slow, stop and reverse the flow of time while remaining completely unaffected.

TimeShift will launch in the spring of 2006 for Xbox 360™ and PC, and in the summer of 2006 for Xbox.
